This agreement is between LIMITLESS CREATIONS LLC, hereinafter referred to as the "PHOTOGRAPHER" or "DANA BOYES” and ________________, hereinafter referred to as the "CLIENT" or “CLIENTS”, collectively referred to as the "PARTIES", with the photography session detailed below. The person(s) getting his/her/their photographs taken at the contracted photoshoot will hereinafter be referred to as the “SUBJECT” or “SUBJECTS”. The CLIENT may represent the SUBJECT if the SUBJECT is a minor.
